Organistion Time


I having been thinking about my goal that I have been setting for a long time now and never scored it. So here goes my challenge:

"To tone up with eating healthy and a balanced diet, also exercising everyday and enjoying the feeling of pushing myself harder."

The reason I thought I should blog about this is because I have been forever yoyoing from diet to diet and it works for a week then fizzles out. I also have been creating inspiration boards every where around my house of other women's bodies, which obviously has not yet work. Now I have turned it around to inspire myself and other people with my journey because I am the only person who knows how I feel when I eat certain foods and look like when I am naked. 

I hope that people get inspired by me to create their own journey. I find that looking at images of yourself and what you ate that day really does put a kick into your determination to keep going. 

Let's do this.
