Day 1


Woke up
Drank 1L of water with 1 juice of a lemon.

Breakfast
1 Banana 
1tsp of Chia seeds on banana
Small bowl of Little Bird Granola with Almond milk

Lunch
Millet with Avocado, Vegetables, Sesame and Mint Salad

Hour Cardio workout - Boxing

Snack
Bliss Balls 
&
Clean and Lean Smoothie

Dinner
1 Piece of Steak
1/2 Cooked Kumera
Rocket & watercress salad with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic oil
