Day 2



Day 2

Today I had what I had for breakfast yesterday but I decided I felt like a smoothie so I made a Banana, Pear, Coconut Water, Flax seed oil and Spinach smoothie. So yummy.

I snacked on a juice & bliss balls.

For my lunch you can see I was on the go so I had my Millet from yesterday and just added - Carrot, Watercress, Chia Seeds, Hummus, Cabbage, Bean Spouts and Sunflower Seeds. I must say for a quick made meal it was delicious. 

Exercise
I went for a 20 minute run & did push ups and crunches. 

I am so excited because tomorrow I am off to try out a Body Beautiful class. I will let you all know how it goes!
