Rice Rolls



Rice Rolls

100 grams Poached Chicken
50 grams Prawns
1/4 cup Cabbage
1/2 Carrot, julienned
1/4 Beans spouts
1/2 Avocado 
Handful Coriander
3 to 4 pieces Rice paper

Sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp fish oil
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning (instead of soy sauce)
1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Assembly - Place rice paper in a bowl of warm water for 30 seconds, take out and place on a paper towel. Position a 3rd or 4th of the ingredients at the top of the rice paper then fold over the top and if you would like open at one end just fold over one end then keep rolling the rice paper.

Sauce – add all ingredients together and stir.

Serves 3 to 4 rolls.

I make double the amount so then half for the next days lunch. Also I spoon the sauce and poor through the top of rolls.
